Q. How do I clear the cache in the web browser I am using?
A. If you are using Microsoft Edge, please follow the steps below.
*Clearing your browser cache may log you out of websites and remove saved IDs and passwords from the browser.
- Start Microsoft Edge, click "Setting and more(...)" then select "Settings (gear)".
- From the left pane, click "Privacy, search, and services", then click "Clear browsing data".
- In the "Clear browsing data now" section, select "Choose what to clear".

Set "Time range" to "All time".
Check "Browsing history", "Download history", and "Cookie and other site data", then click "Clear now".
