Q. Can Microsoft 365 Copilot sign in to two accounts simultaneously, one being an THERS account and the other a different account?
A. Cannot sign in to two accounts simultaneously in the Office desktop application.
For web applications, it is possible to use multiple accounts simultaneously by switching the browser's user profile.
*From January 2025, the name "Microsoft 365" was changed to "Microsoft 365 Copilot".
Please check the settings for each browser from the following sites.

* When the "Set up your new Chrome profile" screen appears, please select "Continue without an account".
・Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles
There are also the following methods available.
- Sign in to the web app with each account using a different browser. (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.)
- Sign in using a secret window and a private window separately for each account.
