Q. When signing in to Microsoft 365 Copilot, an error appears saying, "Your organization has disabled this device. To fix this, contact system administrator and provide the error code 135011." and I am unable to sign in.
A. This device has been disabled for sign-in.
Please disconnect your THERS account from "Work or school access" by following the steps below.
- Press the Windows key.
- Select "Settings" (gear icon).
- Select "Accounts".
- Select "Access work or school".
- Disconnect your THERS account
*No need to reconnect.
- Disconnect your THERS account
- Restart the device.

To check your computer name, please follow the steps below.
- Open the Start menu.
- Open Settings from the Start menu.
- Click System. Scroll down and select About.
- Under Device specifications, look for Device name.
