Q. I have re-enrolled at the university within 90 days of my withdrawal. Can I use my account in the same state as it was during my previous enrollment?
A. You can continue to use the account from before your withdrawal. No re-setup is required.
*From January 2025, the name "Microsoft 365" was changed to "Microsoft 365 Copilot".
Account information is retained for up to 90 days after withdrawal as a data migration period.
If you re-enroll within 90 days of your withdrawal and under the same user category (i.e., with the same account domain), you can continue to use your THERS account in the same state as before your withdrawal.
Reference: Can the THERS account still be used after graduation or resignation?
Your password and data within Microsoft 365 Copilot remain as they were at the time of your withdrawal. No re-setup is required.
However, a new account notification letter will not be issued.
If you no longer have the account notification letter issued at the time of your withdrawal, please refer to the following method to confirm your account information.

Reference: How is the THERS account provided to users?
If you re-enroll under a different user category than at the time of your withdrawal, a new account will be issued.
A THERS account Notification Letter will be provided, so please check your account information and proceed with the setup.
Please note that this is a different account from the one used prior to your withdrawal, and therefore, the previous password and data within Microsoft 365 Copilot will not be available.
