Q. Reenrollment was done more than 91 days after leaving, but an THERS account notification was received.
Can it be used in the same condition as when enrolled?
A. TYou cannot use the same password as before, so please set up using the password listed in the account notification document.
Multi-factor authentication also needs to be reset.
Additionally, data within Microsoft 365 Copilot becomes inaccessible upon withdrawal.

Since THERS accounts are deleted 90 days after withdrawal, the password and data within Microsoft 365 Copilot from the time of withdrawal are no longer available.

If you re-enroll under a different user category than at the time of your withdrawal, a new account will be issued.
Please note that this is a different account from the one used prior to your withdrawal, and therefore, the previous password and data within Microsoft 365 Copilot will not be available.
