Q. THERS account letter has not arrived on the hiring day of the new faculty member. When will it arrive?
A. After issuing THERS account, we will send THERS account notification letter.
THERS accounts are created and updated based on master data provided by the Human Resources and Payroll System(COMPANY).
In addition, THERS accounts for faculty and staff are issued on a regular basis twice a month.
To ensure that the THERS account is issued by the employment start date, please make sure to register the necessary data in the personnel and payroll system no later than 15 days prior to the start date.
After the THERS account is issued, the account notification will be sent via internal mail to the personnel or general affairs staff of the relevant department.
*THERS account notifications are not issued for faculty and staff who return to the institution within 90 days of leaving, or who are transferred within the organization.
