Q. Is there a e-mail forwarding service available after my THERS account is deleted, which happens 90 days after graduation or resignation?
I am concerned because I have listed my THERS email address in academic papers I have published. After leaving the university, I may no longer receive important messages from international conferences or researchers who read my work.
A. We’re sorry, but there is no mail forwarding service available after graduation or resignation.
The THERS account is a service available only to current members (students, faculty, or staff).
THERS Mail is a service linked to your THERS account. When your THERS account is deleted, all associated services—including email functionality and related data—will also be deleted.
After graduation or resignation, your THERS account will remain active for 90 days as a grace period to allow for data migration and backup.
Please make sure to update your contact information with relevant parties and back up any important data during this period.
