A. The storage capacity of a shared mailbox is 50 GB. Please refer to the steps below to check.

- Access Outlook on the Web.
(From "Microsoft 365 Copilot Home" > "Apps" > "Outlook")

Click the user icon and select "Open another mailbox"

Enter the shared mailbox email address (e.g., @t.mail.nagoya-u.ac.jp) and click "Open".

Go to Settings (gear icon) > "Accounts" > "Storage", and check the displayed storage usage.
