Q. Is it possible to issue an THERS account to individuals who do not have an employment relationship with Gifu University or Nagoya University (such as joint researchers, dispatched staff, etc.)?
A. Yes, it is possible. However, this applies only to individuals who hold a status such as collaborative researcher or dispatched staff.
THERS accounts for faculty, staff, and students are issued based on the registration information in the Human Resources and Payroll System(COMPANY) or the Student Affairs Information System. If no information is registered in these systems, an THERS account can be granted through an individual use application.

By submitting an individual use application, a THERS account (A1 license) will be issued.
*Please note that while the Microsoft 365 Copilot web app is available, the desktop app cannot be used.
