Q. During the initial setup of the THERS account, signing in to Microsoft 365 Copilot is not possible even after entering the THERS account and initial password on the sign-in screen.
A. Please double-check that there are no errors in the THERS account and password strings.
When copying and pasting, please make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the text. You can check this by pasting the content into a text editor such as Notepad.
*From January 2025, the name "Microsoft 365" was changed to "Microsoft 365 Copilot".
