Q. Please tell me how to change the currently set password from the Microsoft 365 Copilot Home.
A. Please refer to the steps below.
*From January 2025, the name "Microsoft 365" was changed to "Microsoft 365 Copilot".
*If you are unable to sign in to the Microsoft 365 Copilot Home, please try using SSPR (Self-Service Password Reset).

- Sign in to Microsoft 365 Copilot Home.
- Click the user icon at the bottom left, then select "View account".
- From the My Account page, click "Change Pasword".
- From "Change password", enter the new password in both "New password" and "Confirm new password" fields, then click "Submit".
- From the "Success, password changed" screen, click "Done". The password change has been completed.
- Click the user icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Sign out" to log out from the Microsoft 365 Copilot Home.
- Please try signing in to the Microsoft 365 Copilot Home page using your new password.
*If you are not prompted to enter a password, please clear your web browser cache and try accessing the page again.
