A. Microsoft 365 Copilot accounts do not store names in kanji characters.
*From January 2025, the name "Microsoft 365" was changed to "Microsoft 365 Copilot".
This issue occurs only on specific devices and web browsers, particularly when using Microsoft Edge. Currently, there is no known solution.
Please note that this issue does not affect other users, and their names are not displayed in kanji.
If your name is displayed incorrectly in kanji, first try signing in using a different browser or device to check if the name appears correctly.
