Q. THERS emails are no longer being received in Outlook. They are not found in the junk folder either.
A. There is a possibility that the emails are being forwarded to another address.
*From January 2025, the name "Microsoft 365" was changed to "Microsoft 365 Copilot".
If the option "Keep a copy of forwarded messages" is not selected when forwarding is enabled, messages will not remain in the THERS email address mailbox.
- Signing in to Microsoft 365 Copilot Home.
- Click "App Launcher", then click "Outlook".
- After Outlook Web opens, click the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the screen, select "Mail", and then click "Forwarding".
- Make sure the option "Keep a copy of forwarded messages" is selected.
If this option is not checked, messages will be deleted from the THERS mail server once they are forwarded.
