Q. How can I set up my THERS email address to receive messages using the iPhone Mail app?
A. Add your THERS email account.
Please open the Settings app on your iPhone and follow the instructions below.

1. Tap "App".
2. Tap "Mail".
3. Tap "Mail Accounts".
3. Tap "Add Account".
4. Enter your THERS email .
4. Tap "Microsoft Exchange".
5. Enter the following information:
① Email: Your THERS email address
② Description: Any label you prefer (e.g., "s.mail.nagoya-u.ac.jp")
③ Tap "Next".
6. Tap "Sign In".
7. Tap "Continue".
8. Sign in with your THERS account.
9. Authenticate using the method registered with your THERS account. (The images shown are from Microsoft Authenticator.)
10. Tap "Accept".
11. ① Turn on the toggle for the services you want to sync.
② Tap "Save".
12. When the email address you configured appears under "Mail Accounts", it means the setup is complete.

【To change the sender address to your THERS email alias】
In the iPhone Settings, select “Mail,” then go to "Accounts". Tap the email address shown under "Account Info", and choose "Edit Email Address..." From there, please add your THERS email address in one of the following formats: tokai.taro.x9@mail.f.thers.ac.jp, @s.gifu-u.ac.jp, @s.mail.nagoya-u.ac.jp, or @mail.a.thers.ac.jp.
