Q. How long can I use services (email, Office) with my THERS account after graduation or retirement (after leaving the organization)?
A. The THERS account will be deleted 90 days after graduation or resignation.
Since services provided through the THERS account are intended for active members, they will no longer be available after graduation or resignation.
For 90 days after leaving the organization, the THERS account remains available as a grace period for data migration and backup. During this time, please update your email address with relevant contacts and back up any important data.
