Q. I submitted an inquiry to the THERS Account Help Center via the contact form or email, but have not received a response. When can I expect to receive an answer?
A. Staff reply to inquiries by email on weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
After submitting an inquiry, a confirmation email titled "Reception Completed" will be sent from the THERS Account Help Center (help@ictsthers.zendesk.com) to the email address you entered in the contact form.
Please make sure to enter an email address in the inquiry form that you personally can receive.
"Reception Completed" email not received?
- If the "Reception Completed" email does not arrive, please check whether it has been placed in your spam folder.
- Please allow "ictsthers.zendesk.com" in your email reception settings.
- We apologize for the inconvenience, but please submit your inquiry again via the contact form or by email (acct-help@g.thers.ac.jp).
- By signing in to the THERS Account Help Center, you can check the status of your inquiry tickets.
