Q. How can I check the status of my inquiry?
A. Inquiries are answered by email, but you can also sign in to the THERS Account Help Center to check ticket status and inquiry details.

You can check the status of your tickets and the details of your inquiries by following the steps below.
- Sign in to the THERS Account Help Center, then click your account name and choose "My Activities".
- Click "My Requests" to view your ticket status.
To review the details of your inquiry, click on the subject line (in blue) of the ticket you wish to check.
- View the correspondence for your inquiry.
The details of the ticket "status" display are as follows.
open: Your inquiry is being handled by the THERS Account Help Center. Please wait for a reply.
Resolved: Your inquiry has been resolved.
Waiting for your reply: We are waiting for your reply. Please respond via the THERS Account Help Center.
"Please make sure to review the response before replying or submitting any additional inquiries.
To view tickets by status, follow the steps below.
- Click the ▼ icon in the "status" selection field.
- When you select a ticket status, only the tickets with that status will be displayed.
*If you would like to view tickets from all statuses, please select "Not specified".
