Q. I don’t know how to sign in to the THERS Account Help Center. How can I sign in?
A. Follow the steps below to register your account.

On the Help Center home screen, click "Log in".

At the bottom right, click "Register".
- "Name* (required)": Enter any name. "Email*": Enter any email address. Then click "Registration".
- For "Email," please enter an email address where we can contact you. It is fine even if it is not an THERS mail adress.
- If you would like to check your past inquiries, please enter the email address you used when making the inquiry.
- If you already have an account registered with "TACT Help Center", "IT Help Desk" or ""Flow 2.0" usage consultation", you cannot register a new account.
Please sign in with that email and password.

"Please check your email" will appear. Click "Back to Sign in" and confirm that an email was sent to the entered address.
- Please check whether an email with the following sender address and subject has been delivered to the email address you entered. After confirming receipt, click "Active your account" in the email.
Sender email address: help@ictsthers.zendesk.com
Subject: Activate your account at the Tokai National Higher Education and Research System Account Help Center
- Enter the name you provided in step 3 into "Password*". Then click "Create a password".

When the name you entered in step 3 appears as your account name on the home screen, the registration is complete.
After completing your account registration, please sign in by following the steps below.
- From the top of the THERS Account Help Center homepage, click"Log in".
- Enter the email address you provided during account registration into "Email* (required)", and the password you set into "Password". Then click "Sign in".
- When the name you entered during account registration appears, the sign-in process is complete.
