Q. How to check OneDrive storage limit and current usage.
A. Please refer to the steps below.
【Check From the OneDrive Web Site】
- Open OneDrive at "https://thersacjp-my.sharepoint.com/" in your web browser.
*If you are prompted to sign in, use your THERS account(such as, ab.12c.3456@f.thers.ac.jp, @s.thers.ac.jp, or @a.thers.ac.jp) in one of these formats.

Please check the "Storage" section in the lower‑left corner of the screen.
*If the navigation pane is collapsed, Storage will not be visible. If it is collapsed, click Navigation pane to expand it, then check Storage while the pane is open. -
To view a detailed breakdown of file storage in OneDrive, click the "xx GB" portion of the "xx GB used of 50 GB (xx%)" display.
- Under "Largest files in your OneDrive," review the "File size" column to see each file's size.
*File sizes are displayed in descending order, from largest to smallest.
To open the file's location, click the link listed under "Location".

- Click the OneDrive icon (blue cloud) shown on the taskbar.
- Click "Help & Settings" (gear icon), then select "Settings".
- Please check Storage on the "Account" tab.
*Click "Manage storage" to view the files stored in OneDrive.
