Q. Can I continue using the currently installed Microsoft Office product (Office 2021)?
A. Products purchased through individual license agreements by departments can continue to be used.
*From January 2025, the name "Microsoft 365" was changed to "Microsoft 365 Copilot".
If you have Office 2021 installed and update to Microsoft 365 Copilot, you will need the original installation information (such as the product key and the Microsoft account used during installation) to revert to the previous version (Office 2021). If these details are lost, you will not be able to return to the original version, so please take extra care.
