Q. After a personnel change, the previous user signed out of Office and handed over the PC to the successor. When the successor signed in on the same PC, the previous user's account information remained under "Product Information". The Office applications installed on the PC were originally set up by the previous user. How can the previous user's account information be removed from Office?

Click "Swich License".

On the "Hello XXX, let's check your account" screen, click "Use a different account".

On the "Sign in to get started with XXX" screen, click "Sign in or create account".
- Enter the THERS account and password, then sign in.

When the screen asking "Automatically sign in to all desktop apps and websites on this device?" appears, click "No, the app only".
