How to download files from OneDrive.

Q. Can you tell me how to download a file from OneDrive?

A. Please follow the steps below to download.

1. Open OneDrive(https://thersacjp-my.sharepoint.com/) in your web browser.
2. Select "My files".
    
3. [Download individual files]
   1. Select the file you want.
      
   2. Click the "Download" button.
      
       
4. [Download multiple files at once]

1. Click the circular selection checkbox at the start of the category in the list.
   *All files will appear selected, but when there are many items some off-screen files may remain unselected. Be sure to scroll through the list and confirm every file is selected.
   

    

2. Click the "Download" button.
   

   Please Note: When you download multiple files at once, they are compressed into a single ZIP file.
   If the total size before compression exceeds 4 GB, the ZIP may fail to be created correctly.
   If the files you want to download are large, download each file individually instead of selecting multiple files.
   After extracting the ZIP, always check that the files open correctly and are not corrupted.
