Q. I want to share data with my lab members. Besides using a OneDrive shared library or sharing inside a Team (SharePoint), are there any other methods? Also, how much storage does each service?
A. With Microsoft 365 Copilot, you can share data using OneDrive or Teams (SharePoint). There are no other sharing methods.
*From January 2025, the name "Microsoft 365" was changed to "Microsoft 365 Copilot".
The storage limits are as follows:
OneDrive — 50 GB
Teams (SharePoint) — 50 GB per team.
