Q. When trying to use Teams, a screen saying "Device management could not be enabled" appeared. How can I resolve this issue?

A. Please refer to the steps below.
Please disconnect your THERS account from "Work or school access" by following the steps below.
- Press the Windows key.
- Select "Settings" (gear icon).
- Select "Accounts".
Select "Access work or school".
Disconnect your THERS account
*No need to reconnect.- Restart the device.
When the screen asking "Automatically sign in to all desktop apps and websites on this device?" appears, click "No, this app only".
The device currently displaying this error screen is not managed by our organization.
Even if "Device management could not be enabled" appears, there is no impact or issue, so please rest assured.
