Q. Which authentication apps can be used for verifying a THERS account?
A. Microsoft Authenticator is the recommended authentication app.
Google Authenticator is also supported and can be used.
WinAuth is not supported and cannot be used.
Authentication apps other than Microsoft Authenticator are not supported by the Help Center.
Phone number authentication is also available.
