Q. I’m using the Microsoft Authenticator app for authentication, but I’m not receiving any approval requests. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
A. There could be several possible causes.
- The device has been replaced with a new smartphone.
- The Microsoft Authenticater app has been uninstalled.
- Deleted the organization account for "Tokai National Higher Education and Research System" registered in the Microsoft Authenticator app.
- For some reason, the registration of the Microsoft Authenticator app on the smartphone registered with Microsoft 365 appears to be inconsistent.
*From January 2025, the name "Microsoft 365" was changed to "Microsoft 365 Copilot".
Those who access the Microsoft 365 Copilot home using a THERS account have the ability to adjust Microsoft Authenticator app settings on their own.
