Q. I’m no longer receiving emails sent to my THERS email address that I used to receive. They are not in my Junk/Spam folder. Please tell me how to fix this.
A. It’s possible that the sender’s email address has been flagged as spam for some reason, so their messages are not being delivered.
It’s also possible the message was marked as unsafe and quarantined so it never reached your Inbox. Please see the article below for how to check quarantined messages.

Adding the sender to your safe senders list may prevent the message from being incorrectly marked as spam.
To configure the junk mail filter, please follow the steps below.

■Add to Safe Senders list
- From the "Home" tab, click "Block", then select "Junk E‑mail Options".
- Select the "Safe Senders" tab.
- Click "Add…", enter the email address or domain you don’t want marked as junk, then click "OK".
- Confirm the entry appears in the list, then click "Apply" and "OK" in that order to save your changes.
■Check Junk Mail filter settings
- From the "Home" tab, click "Block", then select "Junk E‑mail Options".
- In the Options tab, under "Choose the level of junk email protection you want:", make sure No Automatic Filtering is selected.
- Check the Blocked Senders list to make sure the email address or domain you don’t want marked as junk is not listed. If the address or domain is listed, select it, click Remove, and delete it from the list.
- Click the "OK" button.

■Add to Safe Senders list
- Click the "settings (gear)" icon.
- Select "Mail", then click "Junk email".
- From the "Safe senders and domains" tab, click "+ Add safe sender", then enter the email address or domain you don’t want marked as junk.
- Confirm the entry appears in the list, then click "Save".

- Click the "settings (gear)" icon.
- Select "Mail", then click "Junk email".
- Confirm that no checkboxes are selected under Security options. (If the boxes are unchecked, messages will not be automatically marked as junk.)
- Check the Blocked senders and domains list to make sure the email address or domain you don’t want marked as junk isn’t listed. If it is, click the trash icon to remove it.
- If a "Save" button is visible, click it to save your settings.
