Q. Currently using Outlook (new); want to revert to Outlook (classic).
A. After completing the following pre-checks, please follow the steps below.

- Are you currently using the Outlook(new)?
The Outlook (new) and Outlook (classic) have different app icons. Please check the app icon to confirm which version of Outlook is being launched.
Is Outlook on the web open?
The new Outlook and the Outlook on the web have very similar interfaces. Please note that if you are using the web app, you cannot switch back to Legacy Outlook.
【Windows】
- Switch back by turning off the "Try the new Outlook" toggle in the top right of the screen, or by selecting the "Help" tab and clicking "Go to classic Outlook".
If the "Try the new Outlook" toggle is turned off, the switch back to Outlook (classic) is complete.
Switch from Outlook (classic) to Outlook (new)
Turn on the "Try the new Outlook" toggle, then click "Switch".
【Mac】
Click "Outlook", then choose "Legacy Outlook".
The feedback input screen of New Outlook will be displayed.
After optionally entering your comments, click "Submit".
*You can also proceed without any issues by clicking "Submit" without entering anything.
Switch from Outlook (classic) to Outlook (new)
Click "Outlook", then choose the "✓ Legacy Outlook".
