Q. I searched the address book in Outlook for individually provisioned accounts such as temporary staff (@a.thers.ac.jp) to add them to an event, but I cannot find the accounts. What should I do?
A. The calendars of individually provisioned accounts for temporary staff (@a.thers.ac.jp) are configured so they cannot be viewed or shared with faculty accounts (@f.thers.ac.jp).
The address books are separate, so users cannot search for each other.
