A. Please sign out from the Microsoft 365 Copilot Home page and close your browser. Then, sign in again.
*From January 2025, the name "Microsoft 365" was changed to "Microsoft 365 Copilot".
There has been a reported case where, after scanning the QR code with Microsoft Authenticator, the account name "Tokai National Higher Education and Research System" appears, but the user is unable to proceed beyond that point.
In such cases, the issue may be resolved by following the steps mentioned above and attempting to access the service again.
