We are investigating a possible issue that may be preventing users from joining Microsoft Teams meetings or causing their connections to drop, and we are also checking the impact on your company.

We have confirmed that it has almost recovered.
At the same time, we are recursively reviewing the health of the entire service environment, including the dependent network components, to better understand the cause and determine whether mitigation measures are needed to keep the service healthy and ensure it remains available to users.
Meanwhile, calls and meetings for users who were previously affected may need to be ended and restarted to facilitate recovery.

After a recursive analysis of additional metrics, we've observed persistent recovery across all previously affected scenarios. Closer analysis identified a recent change associated with our ongoing service resilience efforts which overloaded our traffic management processes and caused impact. The service is now restored; however, users whose calls and meetings were previously affected may need to end and restart those calls and meetings to see full recovery.
