We've identified that a recent service-side change caused some channel messages containing attachments to be stored in a format that prevented affected channels from loading as expected. We've rolled back the service-side change to prevent further impact and are deploying a client-side fix to affected tenants so that previously impacted channels can load correctly. We're validating the deployment progress and expanding the mitigation to additional affected users.

We've confirmed that the initial phase of the mitigation deployment has completed successfully and affected users may begin to experience recovery as the changes propagate through the service. We're continuing with the remaining phases of the deployment and are working with affected customers to validate that the mitigation is resolving impact as expected. We're monitoring the rollout and service health indicators as deployment progresses.
