Q. I want to use an app as a Teams extension, but I can’t find the app I want in Teams. What should I do?
A. In the THERS tenant, apps that can integrate with Teams are restricted.
Apps are configured to access various information within the tenant (such as user accounts and files). Some apps may have unclear behavior or actions that conflict with our organization's policies. Therefore, we use a whitelist approach, registering only approved apps that are necessary.

When making an inquiry, please include the following information in the "Details of your question" field:
- App name
- Official app URL
- Technical details about the app.(such as what information within the tenant it accesses and how user management is handled.)
- Purpose of using the app
