Q. Please tell me how to check the attendees of a Teams meeting.
A. By setting the meeting options before the meeting starts, you can check attendees during the meeting or after it.
[Setting meeting options]
- Open Teams, click the meeting you want to configure from the Calendar.
- The Details tab will appear. Scroll to the bottom of the page and hold the Ctrl key while clicking "Meeting options".
Select "Participation" and turn the "Allow attendance report" toggle to "On".
[Check attendees during the meeting]
- From "People", click the "More actions (...)" menu under "Participants".
You can download the attendance list from "Download attendance list" to check the attendees.
[Check attendees after the meeting]
You can view attendees from the "Attendance report" or the "Attendance" tab. Please check using one of the two methods below.
*There are available only to the meeting organizer.
Display data directly from the meeting Attendance tab
Select the meeting you want to check, then click the "Attendance" tab to view the attendees.
Download the "Attendance report" from the "Attendance" tab.
Select the meeting you want to check and click the "Attendance" tab; a "Download" button appears in the top right—click it to download the "Attendance report".
