Q. I’m searching for the individual guest account for a temporary staff member (@a.thers.ac.jp) so I can add them to a Teams team, but I can’t find the account. What should I do?
A. Individual guest accounts for temporary staff (@a.thers.ac.jp) cannot be searched from faculty/staff accounts (@f.thers.ac.jp), and vice versa.

*Individual application accounts issued to temporary staff (@a.thers.ac.jp) are subject to the same user search restrictions as student accounts (@s.thers.ac.jp).
Users who are excluded from search can be invited to the team by using a team join code.
