Q. Regarding a Teams team that is currently in use, I keep repeatedly receiving a notification (Teams activity) that says the expiration date will expire, even though I should have renewed the expiration date.
What should I do?
A. There is no problem as long as the team's expiration date has been updated to a future date.
Please check the team's expiration date from the settings screen of the relevant team.
【How to check】
- Go to the relevant team’s "Manage team" > "Settings" tab
- Check the "Team expiration" date.
* Depending on Microsoft’s distribution settings, you may be notified with information from before the update.
* If the "Update Now" button is displayed, you can extend your usage period by clicking it.
