Q. Is it possible to sign into Teams and use both a THERS account and a Microsoft 365 Copilot account from a different organization at the same time?
A. The Teams desktop app does not allow signing in to two accounts at the same time.
In the Teams web app, it is possible to use both accounts simultaneously by switching the browser user profile.
*From January 2025, the name "Microsoft 365" was changed to "Microsoft 365 Copilot".

*On the "Set up your new Chrome profile" screen, select "Continue without an account".

Other options are also available as follows.
- Sign in to the Teams web app from a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, etc.).
- In a single browser, sign into each account by using a regular window and a separate incognito/private window.
