Q. How to add multi-factor authentication methods to your THERS account？
A. You can make changes from the Microsoft 365 Copilot home.
Please follow the steps below to configure the settings.
*From January 2025, the name "Microsoft 365" was changed to "Microsoft 365 Copilot".
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Copilot home.
- Click the user icon at the bottom left of the screen, then click "View account".
- From the menu, click "Security info".
- Click "+ Add sign-in method" and select the authentication method you want to add.
*Authentication methods that cannot be added—such as those already configured—will not be displayed.
