Q. How do I launch the Microsoft 365 Copilot desktop app and the web app?

【Desktop Apps】
*If you have an A1 license, the Microsoft 365 Copilot desktop app is not available.
How to check your license: How can I verify if I have a Microsoft 365 Copilot license?
- Type the app name (for example, Word or Excel) into the search box next to the Start button.
- When the app appears under "Best match", click it to launch.

- Open a web browser (such as Microsoft Edge or Chrome).
- Sign in to Microsoft 365 Copilot Home.
- Click "App Launcher" to display the list of available apps.
- Click the app you want to use (for example, Word or Excel) from the list to launch it.
