Q. Can I download the Microsoft 365 Copilot Office apps before my THERS account is issued?
A. You can download the desktop apps after your THERS account has been issued.
*From January 2025, the name "Microsoft 365" was changed to "Microsoft 365 Copilot".
*If you have an A1 license, you cannot use the desktop apps.
*Newly appointed faculty and staff can download the desktop apps on or after their hire date.
