Q. Can Microsoft 365 Apps be installed on a computer used by someone else?

A. It can be installed.

However, when using Microsoft 365 Apps, the computer user must sign in with their organization account.

Also, please note that if the user’s organization account has an A1 license, Microsoft 365 Apps (desktop apps) cannot be used.
